Lowes has announced it is expanding its inventory for men and women.
The online retailer, which has more than 1,000 stores in 25 countries, announced today it will start selling clothing for men on March 10, 2018, while women will see the option in March 2019.
The move will allow the company to add more women’s clothing in the coming months, Lowes CEO Dan Hagerty said.
Lowes will also start selling women’s fashion in March 2020.
The online retailer has been a leading brand in the men’s department for nearly two decades.
It is the latest move to add women to its business.
Macy’s last month launched its first women’s department.
Macy said its new clothing department will also be in the process of opening a store in 2019, which is its first major foray into the women’s market.
Lowenly.com is the new home for low price clothing, accessories and footwear from Lowes.com.
The new clothing, which will be available on a first come, first served basis, Lowenly says.
The stores will be located in Los Angeles, New York, Los Angeles County, California, Atlanta, Georgia, Chicago, Chicago Area, Florida, Washington D.C. and Washington, D.U. and have limited availability in stores across the United States.
Lowe said the new low price apparel, accessories, footwear and more will help its men’s and women’s customers save money.

The company also has a long history of investing in its retail stores and continues to build a strong retail presence in the United State and worldwide.
Lowene’s first store in the U.S. opened in New York in 2018.
The company says it plans to launch new stores throughout the U, Canada, Mexico and Brazil.
