It is not the first time Chelsea has been seen in a strapping gown, as her mother, Chelsea, also recently wore one during her trip to Australia.
Chelsea is currently in Australia to host the 2016 Rio Olympics.
Earlier this month, she was spotted wearing a gold medal-winning dress as she made her way to the press conference in front of the White House.
A spokeswoman for the Chelsea family said the Chelsea star would wear a gold “I Am a Hero” dress during the trip.
Chelsea will not be wearing a dress during London Olympics but the Chelsea team is planning a “princess gown”.
Chelsea is expected to join fellow Olympic hopefuls in London.
